Translation of a letter of protest against the declaration of the delegate of Portugal at the session of the comission of the United Nations and against those who defend Portugal in regard to her overseas possessions and in regard to the proposal of forcing an ad hoc comittee to study the replies to the Secretary General of the United Nations by countries recently admitted to the organization on whether or not they possess self governing territories.
