Description
Photograph of an elevated external view of the Wilshire Oil Company, October, 1937. Nine automobiles can be seen in the foreground, parked outside of the Wilshire Oil Company front office, at center. The front office is a long one story building with several front steps leading to a front door. Two men can be seen walking toward the front entrance, about to enter the building. On the right, slightly behind the front office, a second one story building can be seen, as well as a larger two story building. The rest of the refinery can be seen in the background as a system of pipes, tall cylinders, and smokestacks. The outline of a hillside can be seen in the distance.
