Description
The photo caption printed in the Sacramento Bee on September 6, 1964 states: "Dancing in full Indian regalia in preparation for the colorful Pageant of Fire Mountain are Princess Morning Star and her father Chief Water Clan. The pageant recounts how a magic mountain erupted to bless the union of an Indian maid and her warrior from the rival tribe."
