Phnom Penh: A Cambodian soldier mans a machinegun atop armored car stationed at a strategic point in the Cambodian capital during tense, but quiet, period following the ouster of Chief of State Prince Norodom Sihanouk last week. Western diplomats said 3/25 the government has advised them it has closed the port at Sihanoukville to ships bearing arms for the Viet Cong and North Vietnamese.
