Description
Photograph of close-up view of boys riding a sailboat, ca.1940. At center, two boys grip a sailboat as it tilts against the wind and moves through the water. Both boys are wearing lightly-colored clothing and small, circular lightly-colored hats. The sailboat is lightly-colored along its side, but the surface of the boat is darkly-colored. Two sails extend from the mast at the center of the boat. In the background to the left, a man sitting in a sailboat wearing sunglasses and a darkly-colored cap watches the boys. To the right, two other boys sit in another sailboat. In the extreme background, Houses and industrial sites can be seen.
