Burn of the summer of 1922 near Camp 1 of the Hutchinson Lumber Company, Butte County - a very hot fire after logging. There has been no fire here since but there is no reproduction of valuable species. The area is coming up to ceanothus, fern, Tan oak and Madrone. This is a good area to study seed disposal from the side
