Description
Members of the Spanish Circle, El Circulo Espanol, in 1923-1924. This photograph can also be found on page 125 of the 1925 Pomona College yearbook, "Metate" with this description of the organization: "El Circulo Espanol is fortunate in having among its members several whose native language is Spanish, and who help greatly in making the conversation and games in their own language very lively." The "Metate" also identifies the students as: "McElfrish, Bowen, Miller, Bishop, Reinau, Palmer, Jackson, Handley, Bauld, Salazar, Porter".
