The residence (later the Otis Art Institute) is pictured at center, a two-story Spanish Revival-style home with terracotta tiled roof. In the foreground, the street and sidewalk are pictured, showing a small palm tree at right and a sapling at center. Plant foliage surrounds the house both at left and right.
