Description: Around the time this photograph was taken, the garage was acquired by neighbor Title Insurance & Trust Company and converted into additional office space. The first four floors were set aside for parking and the building's fac¸ade was remodeled to have a modern look to match the company's offices next door at 433 S. Spring Street.
