Richey (R), Commander of the Valley Division, LAPD, and Sgt. George Vowels (L) on a recent inspection tour of the fire area and the Valley and Foothill Police Divisions. Always interested in local police activities, District Attorney McKesson has made it his policy to inspect various county areas to become better acquainted with the problems confronting law enforcement."
