Photograph caption dated December 9, 1960 reads, "Mr. and Mrs. William Brenton, 11355 Covello Ave., Sun Valley, display over 300 Christmas dolls she has made since Oct. 11 for youngsters at Children's Hospital in Hollywood. Mrs. Brenton, 72, a skilled craftsman, began the hobby of doll making last January following an accident in which she broke a leg. She previously had supplied the hospital with hundreds of children's gifts including dolls, stuffed animals and purses."
