Description
Photograph of a view down Main Street in Woodland, 1900-1940. Two and three-story buildings are visible lining a wide dirt road that runs from bottom towards the background. Most of the buildings are brick or stone with flat roofs, and have covered walkways at street level. A sign on a building at right reads, "Shinkle's Art Studio". The three-story building at far right has four arches and a door at street level, and rectangular-shaped windows on the other stories. Three women wearing long skirts and blouses are visible walking in front of the building together, and a horse-and-buggy is parked in front. Utility poles line the left side of the street, while several other buggies are visible on the street towards the background.
