Photograph of a view of Santa Monica's Palisades Park, ca.1910. The palisades are at right, and are steep rocky cliffs. There is a variety of plants along the top of them, including cacti perched on a rocky outcropping at center and small flowers in the foreground. There is a low wooden fence around part of the cliff edge, and a narrow path makes its way up the cliff at right. The broad sandy expanse of the beach is at left, and there is a car parked on the sand near a road. There are mountains in the distance.
