Photograph caption dated October 29, 1959 reads, "Going over applications filed for membership in Panorama City Junior Chamber of Commerce now being formed are organization's co-planners, attorneys Bruce M. Gleason, right, and Jay M. Taylor, left, with Dr. Gil Gagos, state vice president, district seven, California State Junior Chamber of Commerce. Within four weeks, new organization's officers are expected to be elected with national charter due within four months. Gleason was chairman of committee which obtained Van Nuys Jaycee charter in 1948."
