Description: This circa 1968 redevelopment plan of the Western area of the city of Sacramento was compiled by the City Council Redevelopment Committee. Chaired by Tony J. Stathos, the committee also included Walter Christensen and Milton L. McGhee. Three areas are featured for redevelopment: the Capitol Mall, the Capitol Mall Extension, and the Capitol Mall Riverfront.
