Description: Looking southwest toward Flower and 5th Streets from Hope and 4th Streets. The 4th Street bridge has been constructed, and ARCO Towers are under construction in the background. A construction site is also evident under the bridge. Reagh photographed this scene in 1968, negative #A-004-202 4x5; in 1969, negative #A-004-201 4x5; and in 1970, negative #A-004-205 4x5; and re-photographed it in 1990, negative #A-004-203 4x5.
