Description
Cars on Wilshire Boulevard are stopped while cross traffic on Western Avenue passes. Looking east from the roof of a nearby building we see a billboard for Packard directly across the street (left side of the picture). Across the street on the right side at the corner is a real estate office building. Taken April 20, 1926 at 5:20 pm, apparently as part of a traffic study.
