Elizabeth Short's murder is refered to as the "Black Dahlia" case. After the murder the police received various letters and notes purporting to give information to help solve the case. Shown here is an envelope addressed to the District Attorney in Hollywood. Picture is almost the same as 00010439 except that on this copy a figerprint has been located on the envelope.
