Photograph caption dated November 4, 1957 reads "For the fifth successive year employes (sic) of the North Hollywood Glass Co. have been awarded a bronze placque (sic) for gifts to the Community Chest totalling more than one-fourth of one percent of the annual payroll. Firm was contacted by M. J. Tillett, North Hollywood Commerce and Industry chairman for the chest, left, and campaign leaders were Dan W. Fink, general manager; Dick Gulbranson, owner and president, and Walter Duke, general manager."
