Description
Report to the Board of Directors of the Federal Telegraph Company, San Francisco, California, June 1914, on "the present status of the company together with an analysis of its capabilities, a plan for its future development and a comprehensive plan for its sound financing." Includes reports by H. P. Verder (stages of development of Poulsen system by FTC) and Leonard Fuller (summary of status and technical description of radio telegraph systems), patent situation, present incorporation, and trans-Pacific, transcontinental, trans-Atlantic and South American situations, estimates of operating expenses, articles of incorporation, and financial plan. Appended are six San Francisco station exterior and interior photographs and 17 letters from customers (photographs backed on linen), table 12 (earnings per year), and the June 1, 1914 report of Chauncey Eldridge (24 pp.) (Original and copy)
