One of the hooded demonstrators that was videotaped during demonstration by the Monterey Park police, throws his hood into fire to burn along with the pictures and the videotape that the police chief threw in earlier. The police burned the videotape as part of the settlement with the city, ACLU, and the Taiwanese. Photograph dated August 14, 1989.
