Description: Ted Gleason pictured with his cow Buttercup on August 22, 1922. Ted won Best Grade Cow in Show at the 1926 Marin County Fair, held then in Novato. "The Marin County Fair and Harvest Show was a beautiful show. The big tent was magnificent. The livestock and poultry shows were outstanding. The amusements were clean. It was a very fine little show worthy of Marvelous Marin." M.B. Boissevain
