Chris Hume is greeted by "Sheena", a black Labrador owned by Pat O'Brien of Burbank who came out to Encino Park for a rally in support of a law making it a felony to kill cats or dogs for food. Yesterday's rally was sponsored by the Humane Task Force and joined by other animal rights organizations. Photograph dated April 15, 1989.
