Special Instructions: for Monday. 70/71/94/95/05/06/66/67/24/25: Warren Franklin Hillman, 18 yrs., of 1241 Camden Place, Santa Ana, whose efforts to go ballooning were frustrated by aeronautics authorities, carrying ballast bag full of sand tying the bag unwrapping big packet containing life raft & paddle taking a look up mug shot, etc., sitting amid his gear feeling 'sorta' disappointed".
