Photograph caption dated June 3, 1964 reads, "Jack McKenzie, 12, of Sun Valley registers for the Pop Warner football program that will be sponsored by the Sun Valley Athletic Club this fall. Jack was one of many to register last weekend at Sun Valley Park. Looking on was Gil Keena, North Hollywood trainer-coach, and his daughter Vickie, 13."
