Marieb didnít quit when she moved to San Diego 30 years ago. Sheís now executive director of the Greater San Diego Business Association, the second largest GLBT Chamber of Commerce and the first to enter into a Community Partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration. Marieb served for 10 years on the Board of Directors of Stepping Stone, where, as president for three years, she was instrumental in the start of the building project and capital campaign, which resulted in the new, state-of-the-art $2.5 million recovery facility.
