Photograph caption dated January 28, 1957 reads, "Little Carolyn Gibbs, 2 1/2, of Van Nuys, plays in snow with her father, Earl, at top of Sepulveda boulevard near tunnel which leads into West Los Angeles. Freezing temperatures covered this thoroughfare with ice early today making motorists more cautious and jamming traffic."; See image #00116862 for additional photo in this series.
