Original photograph has several stains.
Photograph caption dated August 29, 1964 reads "Lennie Tubbs [sic] also demonstrates prowess in archery despite his handicap." The article partially reads "With a combination of desire and natural ability, Tubb has developed into one of the top paraplegic athletes in the world and will help represent the United States in the 'Paralympics' at Tokyo beginning Nov. 8, immediately after the Olympics."
