At the bottom of the image, a small family stands below the massive turret guns pointing forward. To the right, two passengers sit near an open hatch adjacent to two wide pipes on deck. At center to the left, a woman looks down a stairwell that leads below deck. At center, three men look down and step on top of a large rectangular hatch. At center near the top, several passengers lean on the guardrails of the ship and look at the ocean below. Several round cylinders and other metallic objects lie scattered on the bow. Anchor chains are clearly visible along the center.
