41 Buena Vista Avenue shown from street below. Caption on front reads, "Charlotte Roese's home 41 Buena Vista, Mill Valley." Handwritten on the back in two or three different hands is, "Jan 1934 by Jim. House has been covered with asbestos siding many years ago. House to left still standing - with an addition to the side porch. Now owned and occupied by John & Elizabeth Cleaveland. 41 Buena Vista Ave 383-3979 - and his parents before that. Build and owned and lived in by Walter and Flora Perkins (Charlotte Roese, a niece) . Cleavelands are relatives of Carla & John Hoag. D Bassett 8-87
