Description: The photograph shows the three story Munholland Apartments at Ocean and Elm (357 East Ocean), owned by John Munholland, with elaborate filagree on roof level. Built in 1906, demolished in 1975. "The Munholland" is written above the entrance. An automobile with two men in it can be seen on Elm Street. A large electric utility pole is on the on corner of the dirt street. DATE NOTES: Circa 1907. ORIG. IMAGE:6" x 8" B&W matte print. NEGATIVE: Yes. KEYWORDS: Car, autos, apts., residences, dwellings.
