Paul Patterson writes to J.C. Harper to discuss a phone conversation which Patterson held with H.E. Neave, in which they decided to pay four notes to the Ellen B. Scripps Estate as well as the past due notes for them. This was in response to Harper's 1938 July 8 letter.
