It was designed in Streamline Moderne style with neon trimmed rooflines and pylon by Wayne McAllister.
Windmill of Van de Kamp's Bakery and Coffee Shop with Drive-In service, located on the corner of Fletcher Drive and San Fernando Road in Atwater.
