Description
Photograph of an exterior view of the Philharmonic Auditorium, located at Fifth and Olive Streets, showing patrons in line for a performance, ca.1907. The Philharmonic Auditorium, a large, stone or concrete Edwardian-style building, sits at center, its front left corner facing the camera. Patrons stand in a line that wraps around the corner of the building and extends nearly to the far left edge of the block. Streetcar tracks are visible along the street in the lower right corner of the image, while the edge of Pershing Square can just be seen in the same corner.
