Pictured is H. C. Burkheimer, Publisher of Glendale News Press, alleged to have shoved and assaulted Hugh Hardyman at his home during a meeting of the Crescenta-Canada Democratic Club. Nineteen others, many who happen to be members of the American Legion, were also named. Photograph dated November 21, 1947.
