Shown here is the exterior north brick wall of the Long Beach landmark, Acres of Books used bookstore, at 240 Long Beach Boulevard, facing the parking lot. The store was 12,000 square feet in size. A painted sign on the building reads, "Travel Around the World With Bertrand Smith"s Acres of Books." The store closed on October 18, 2008. In 2009, the space became the "Art Exchange."
