The Magnolia Theatre, located at 4403 W. Magnolia Boulevard in Burbank, was designed by Clifford A. Balch. The marquee indicates that GiGi and Black Orchid are being shown at the theater. Photograph caption dated September 29, 1958 reads, "1909 Hupmobile, similar to one used in filming 'Gigi' shown in front of Magnolia Theater, where musical is now in its 5th week of an extended run. Passengers include Jack Grossman, left, of Magnolia Theatre; Miss Phyllis Renner, and George Crittenden. The car was loaned by Mr. John Diebler, 4955 Arcola Ave., North Hollywood, member of the Horseless Carriage Club."
