This book is 32 unnumbered pages in length, and is comprised of labeled outline illustrations, each of which is signed "Ted." The front cover is a color image of the Lone Ranger on his horse, against a yellow background. "Hi-Yo Silver!" is printed above the title. "621" is printed in the lower left-hand corner of the front cover. The back cover is a duplicate of the front. The title page is illustrated with a front view of Silver's head. "Copyright 1938, by The Lone Ranger, Inc." is printed below the publisher's statement at the bottom of the title page. The outline images are captioned, such as: "The Lone Ranger and Silver"; "Tonto Senses Danger"; and "The Sheriff Surveys the Scene". Some of the images have been colored with crayon.
