Photograph caption dated June 8, 1987 reads, "INS legal assistant Lou Ann Markley on the INS office computer, with INS West Regional Comm [sic] Harold Ezell, and INS District Director Ernest Gustovson walk through Archbishop Roger Mahony in the process an applicant goes through with the new amnesty process. After the tour of the Catholic center, INS officials invited Archbishop Mahony to tour one of the INS centers."
