Photograph article dated December 20, 1962 partially reads, "Pistol and small bore rifle shooters have a new Valley shooting haven, Golden Valley Gun Club's rifle and pistol range is now open for business six days a week, closed Mondays. Located in Jessup Park in Pacoima, the pistol range is the latest development at the public shooting area. The rifle and pistol range is physically located in the hills behind the trap and skeet fields." Seen practicing at the range is shooting enthusiast, Lois Lea.
