Description
Image of Frank Wiggins, of the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce, in an office with his wife, Amanda Wiggins, and Phil Thompson in Los Angeles, California. Framed pictures are mounted on the walls as well as a Winchester calendar dated "1894." The Wiggins are seated at desks with books and office tools.
"Mr. and Mrs. Frank Wiggins- Pres. Of 'Chamber of Commerce' & Phil Thompson - Trade school named after Frank Wiggins-"--text, handwritten in pencil on verso. Title devised by cataloger; date devised by cataloger based on calendar on the wall. Frank Wiggins (man at right) joined Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce in 1890 and became its secretary in 1892.
