The beach, shoreline, ocean, and Belmont Pier are pictured in the upper left quadrant of the print. In the background along the horizon, Palos Verdes Peninsula us visible. Following the shoreline into the background, downtown Long Beach and Rainbow Pier can also be seen. The junction of Livingston Drive and Second Street is also clearly visible near the center of this image. New housing is beginning to fill the real estate just northeast of The Toledo. In the foreground, Bayshore Avenue can be seen along the edge of Alamitos Bay. The brick fire station on Second Street and the white pointed Tee-Pee Restaurant at the corner of 2nd Street and Covina Avenue are readily seen. The Belmont Heights neighborhood, just above Livingston Drive, is visible in the distance. DATE NOTES: Noted on image back. ORIG. IMAGE: 8" x 10" B&W glossy print.
