"The Agnes Henderson Memorial Church. With the '1840' Church in the background". Exterior view of church built in memory of Doctor Agnes Elizabeth Henderson who died in December 1925. Daughter of Sir William Henderson, she arrived in Nagpur in 1890, and founded the Mure Memorial Hospital. She retired from work in 1922 but continued to raise significant sums of money to extend the hospital and as a result new wards were constructed.
