"Missions Salésiennes. Chine. Maisons flottantes ̶ Au fond, la ville de Shiu-Chow." The town of Shiu-Chow is shown with its residents many house boats anchored in the harbor. The following information is printed on the back of the postcard: "Procure des Missions Salésiennes. C.C.P. Lyon, 589.17 9, chemin de Fontanière, La Mulatière (Rhône)." There is no handwriting on the back.
