Description
The photo caption printed in the Sacramento Bee on October 11, 1965 states: "This view of the 29th-30th Streets Freeway was taken from a helicopter in the vicinity of P Street. The scene is looking north along the concrete elevated sections. Parts of the freeway are expected to be opened to limited north and south bound traffic in November and December."
