Photograph article dated December 8, 1960 partially reads, "Purists might object to including Miss Linda Hope and Miss Lola Albright in the category of bachelorettes. But purists object to everything, which may be why they're pure. With Linda, the objection would be that life so far has been too short and sheltered to qualify her as a career woman... And if a girl as pretty and shyly winning as Bob Hope's daughter Linda goes through college without choosing a husband, it's because she's got other plans. Linda is teaching now at Our Lady Queen of Angels school in Los Angeles, after graduating in August from St. Louis University, Mo. 'The schools need teachers so badly, and I was looking for something useful to do. So, I'm teaching English and speech this year to a class of 12-grade girls.' While she's teaching, Linda lives at her famous father's enormous home in North Hollywood. Suitors must be prepared for high walls and locked gates and secretaries booking some of Linda's activities." Pictured is Linda Hope.
