Description
This pamphlet was created in circa 1960 by the Lincoln-Parker Development Company. Greenhaven 70 was a residential and commercial development project that aimed to build a futuristic community just south of the Land Park area that, if approved, would welcome residents by 1970. The original area was built on ranch land owned by Zacharias and King ranches, two pioneer Sacramento families. The families sold a combined 700 acres to the Lincoln-Parker Developers in 1958.
