One of the Paisley Underground bands of the 1980s, The Dream Syndicate frequently headlined at Los Angeles clubs and were highly regarded by music critics for their songwriting and live shows.
Photograph caption dated June 22, 1984 reads, "Dream Syndicate founding and remaining members from left, Steve Wynn, Karl Precoda and Dennis Duck are a changed band, with a new album, a new attitude and a new bass player."
