Title supplied by cataloger. L.A. City firefighters attach lines to an underground gas storage tank, which was being towed under the Harbor (110) Freeway. The tank on a flatbed truck was too high and hit the Manchester Avenue overpass and got stuck. The tank, which contains 100 gallons of fuel, was safely lowered by the fire department and rolled safely to the side of the road. Photograph dated October 8, 1981.
