What's more, he's 104 years old: This Mr. America of San Fernando Valley is William Allan Magee of 7135 Hazeltine Ave., Van Nuys. He served as a bugler with the Northern Army. His military life started early, too. He pitched into the Civil War at a ripe 13 years of age."
